Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We feel that you should know your total freight cost before entering all of your personal information needed to place an order. 

That's why we have developed an online freight calculator.  PLEASE take advantage of our online freight calculator when shopping with us.  All you have to do is enter your zipcode in the field provided while in your shopping cart and then click the  button. 

 As you add items to your shopping cart you will automatically get an updated freight amount, you can see freight charges for Fedex or UPS

The prices that are shown by the freight calculator are pulled directly from FedEx/UPS, we do not charge any additional fees such as handling charges. 

We have a few items that are too large to be shipped via Fedex/UPS; these items are clearly marked as oversized, freight truck delivery. We cannot accurately estimate the shipping costs online for these items. Once we receive an order with any of these oversized items we will contact you ASAP and inform you of the new shipping amount and get your approval before shipping your order.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping information, including tracking numbers.

If you do not request "Signature Required" in the comments field of your order then you are agreeing that your package should be left at your home unattended in a location decided by the delivering party (FedEx, UPS, USPS...).  Once the package is left at the location specified in the "Ship To:" field of your order that package becomes the receipiant's responsiblity.  Packages marked as delivered may be contested with the shipping company and will be at their discretion to provide an insurance settlement.  If the shipping company provides an insurance settlement then we can either send a replacement or refund at that time.  Replacement parts requested prior to the receipt of an insurance settlement will be charged as a separate order. 

Processing Time:

All orders are given the highest priority. We make every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours (weekends & holidays excluded).

Your order may delayed if you have items on backorder, out of stock, or if you order more quantity that is currently available.  If any of these should occur we will contact you ASAP to provide an ETA (estimated time of arrival).

Shipping Locations:

We currently only ship to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
